Can’t get rid of gnats

Hey guys, so for the past 3 months, I've had an issue with gnats in my room. They aren't in the rest of my apartment, only my room and I am so exhausted. I have no clue where they're coming from, I removed all of the plants in my room a couple of months ago, I've poured bleach and hot water down the drains in my bathroom multiple times (my bathroom is in my room), wash my shower curtain frequently, got a dehumidifier for my bathroom to prevent excess moisture. I have no clue what type of gnat they are, they definitely aren't fruit flies but other than that distinction I have no clue. They have stripes (Maybe?? not entirely sure) on their bodies and clear wings and are larger than a fruit fly. I have been combating this so far by placing gnat traps (apple cider vinegar, sugar, water, and dish soap) on my windowsill, and that works to kill the adult but they just keep popping up. I only ever see one at a time, and I normally only notice them if I'm sitting at my desk which is in front of a window. They like to fly around my desk and the window. Sometimes I'll be sitting on my bed and I'll notice them flying around my bed but that's rare. I literally never open the window in the room so I can't imagine that they'd be coming from outside. I have tried researching over and over and have not figured out where they're coming from or how to get rid of them. I'm so tired of this and it's gross and I just hope someone has some suggestion that isn't "check your potted plants".

Edit: I just looked at more pictures and I actually think these are fruit flies after all. They aren't like the little tiny black ones that you normally see though. They look like this.
